9.1. The live market prices displayed on the Website and App do not affect the in-app prices. Actual in-app prices are determined only after a withdrawal has been successfully processed.

9.2. CryptoMineApp shall not be held liable for any loss of funds that occurs after a withdrawal has been processed.

9.3. While we employ the highest security measures and end-to-end encryption, in the event of hacking or unauthorized access, CryptoMineApp is not responsible for any loss of funds.

9.4. All withdrawals gas fees are paid by the user upon withdraw. Gas fees can range between $0.0005-$0.9 but are always changing due to time and blockchain network demand.

The gas price is set by the sender but is ultimately determined by supply and demand in the network. If the network is busy, you might need to pay a higher gas price to incentivize miners to include your transaction in the next block.

10. Handling of In-App Glitches

10.1. In the event of in-app glitches that manipulate prices, CryptoMineApp reserves the right to recalculate affected accounts based on the actual amount of mining performed. Accounts will be refreshed to reflect accurate prices.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
